Letting oneself be hugged and kissed? Sounds like a deceit, trick and/or pretense to me, designed to discover the defendant's predisposition to commit the crime. At the very least, not what I would want to hang my hat on.

The prospect of random urinalysis is always an employment risk, especially in a state that does not restrict the right of employers to do random testing. I am semi-retired and self-employed, so my risk in this regard is de minimus. That doesn't mean I am totally safe. You can be arrested for a DUI on marijuana, just the same as alcohol, whether medical and recreational weed use is legal or not.

We all take risks in what we do to buy tail. But I never assume I know what Uncle LEO's priorities will be and is likely to do in any particular situation. A prime example is what happened in Camden. A few years ago there was a crackdown on prostitution, especially on Broadway. The crackdown was on Johns. You could be arrested just for slowing down for a decoy prostitute or circling the block a few times. This was especially true if you had an out of state plate. A similar approach has been taken in other cities. You never know what priorities will be exercised by LE at any time. Once upon a time I did visit the Camden strolls, but got a heads up on the situation in this forum and avoided testing out whether it might be true. LE can pretty much do anything it pleases for whatever reason it pleases, and I would always want to play it as safe as possible and not have my "police worries satisfied" by an opinion of someone in this forum.

As for a M&G, I wouldn't pay for one out of sheer principle, but why the suggestion to get a hug and kiss at the M&G? What legal reason is there for that?

We all take risks in what we do to buy tail. But I never assume I know what Uncle LEO's priorities will be and is likely to do in any particular situation.

I don't want to dig into the mechanics of lowering risk since that's discussed ad nauseam all over the SB threads, with everyone screaming "opsec" like they just discovered the word.

However, I do want to agree with you about LE priorities. They are whatever the LEO you happen to encounter are. I look at it like this: Cops and criminals are about 'half a turn of the screw' from being the same thing. They're both lazy, looking for the easy score, and when challenged or feel disrespected, respond aggressively. I've come to this attitude by my exposure to LEO, and I've had LEO folks tell me that only about 10% of the police are actually in it to help people.

I think it's a bad idea to assume that LEO is just too busy doing something worthwhile to concentrate on you.

I know plenty of curvy single mom SBs who avoid alcohol and recreational drugs and know how to stay UTR. As much as I wish it could be so, the vast majority of SBs I have experienced would hardly qualify as "companions. " There is that rare gem who transcends the age barrier, has a wisdom beyond her years, and has an intelligence and breadth of curiosity that overlaps my realm of interests. But usually she is just a fun, young, tight fuck buddy, hopefully with enough personality so she isn't the psychological equivalent of a two-bagger.

I hear you about SB drug abusers. An alcoholic or drug addict is not usually a terrific SB. She is too focused on getting her next high. And your comment about weed is justified. It is still a Federal crime regardless what a particular state says. However, we are already flouting the law by having SBs and my feeling about weed is that it isn't that much additional legal risk. I could change my mind on that one if I were arrested on Federal drug charges for marijuana, but being arrested for purchasing sex would be much worse, especially in the eyes of friends, family and co-workers, who would likely give me a pass on getting caught for using weed. And I think my chances of beating a marijuana charge in court far surpass the likelihood of beating a prostitution solicitation charge. Obviously if you have a job which would be in jeopardy from a positive urinalysis, then you need to lay off the weed. But wouldn't that be true for a SB-related arrest? Most high paying jobs, even under guaranteed contract, have a moral turpitude clause. If I had one of those, I would also abstain from being a SD in the first place. A fun piece of ass every now and again is not worth risking a lucrative livelihood.

Maybe you were just trying to be funny (sardonic tone is sometimes difficult to perceive in here as opposed to seriousness), but procuring and / or doing illegal drugs with a SB adds a whole new layer of legal risk that is not worth it just for a piece of ass IMO. I don't much care if a SB does drugs. But not while with me and not if it affects her being on time or her performance, or if she is inclined to be carrying. In states where weed is legal recreationally (maybe even in states where it isn't: everything is moving towards national legality and the risk is substantially less even where it is currently "illegal") Sure. Why not? I partake myself. Sex while high on weed is a LOT of fun. But being arrested for illegal drug possession or sale is definitely NOT fun. There is no SB action in prison.

I live in a weed friendly state, but I have no problem at all hanging out with a banging hottie that wants to do a couple of lines, put a dent in the mini-bar contents, and fuck like crazy people. I realize this is a thread in a more conservative state, but honestly, as I've gotten older I'm way more open to some mind altering experiences.

Risk tolerance is defined individually. And no, I wouldn't do anything like that with a chick I didn't know really well.
