Not sure if this Lisa was the replacement for Cindy when she left MHF. Your description of her is pretty accurate. She's got a bit of a tummy but I didn't notice any back folds. Other than her and Cindy I don't know who else is there as PPSN keeps shuffling the lineup. Coco has left, as did Livi and Hanna (good riddance to Hanna's whiny, greedy ass). Whine and complain and still pay. People can list reasons on why HF and expected tips are up 25-50%; but the main reason is simply because mongers are willing to pay.

My breakfast burrito at Mama's on Beach was barely over 10 bucks pre-covid. Now it's 17. When I started mongering, HE was 20. When it went to 40, my visits to AMP decreased and elected to go FS at private houses for 120. Much better deal to go from HE to FS for just 40. Then BW came along with 30 door and 30 tip, and I was pulled back in. Now BW is 60, but FS also jumped, from 160-300 depending on each talent's own asking price. An older gentlemen used to tell me (now I'm his age then), if you don't want to pay, pull out a benji and lay it in front, between you and the monitor, DYI and whack it, clean up and put the benji back in your pocket. A hard day's work is done.

Do I wish it's 40, of course. But would I pay 60, yes, because I can't stop.

Lets say we compromise and agree 50 is base pay for an oil lube and tune with OTC action. Add 5 for UTC top, UTC bottom. Add 10 for UTC top and bottom, Prostrate exam, cuddle / hug while jacking. Those are not expensive rates. Pay a girl $10 to stick a finger a place a girlfriend or wife would never do. That's a damn bargain. So right there is 80 if you get all that. Plus there are girls who watch the clock, and there are girls who are fun and playful. That's worth something. Even a friendly waitress gets a bigger tip than a cold witch who throws your food on the table. So now we are up to 90. Add in BJ, DATY, FS, and fair market value goes up further.

Actually, is there any place where the happily accept 40 anymore? Every place is asking for 60 (BW, Air, L&L, Harbor, Top10, TrueCare, etc). The only place which has never mentioned tip money is SH.
