Hi City, I haven't been cut short on time but it sounds as if you have. You also say the massage has has gone downhill; any particular provider?

Here's my solution. Note the time when you start, if you get cut short, tell the MT and only tip 40 or 50 depending on the time lost. Makes sure she knows why the tip is a bit low. On the massage, refuse the MTs that you believe will give a poor massage. If you have one that unexpectedly gives a poor massage reduce the tip and tell her why. You should also consider defining what you want before the massage starts.

I don't seem to have any of these probs at BW and if we all take the action mentioned above when warranted we should retrain MTs to keep the standard of care high.
