HKPD moved away. They got raided 3 times this year. Hmm, nice move. I don't know why people are so hung up on the location. If a place is going to get raided, it doesn't matter where the location is at. Apartment locations are not a top secret.

HKPD reopened all 3 times. RL reopened within 3 days. What does that tell you? The cops or the feds can't find the real owners.
