Whenever I'm writing a review of someone that regularly gets very favorable reviews, I'm always a bit hesitant to include anything that may come across as negative. Then I stop to think what I'd want to read and that would include all the relevant details, whether positive or negative.

Jay, I am sure I speak for many when I say how much I appreciate your reviews. Honest reporting is what it's all about. I too feel guilty sometimes when I feel I have to report something negative. Everyone has different tastes, and then there is the YMMV thing, and good days / bad days with providers as well. No one should have to take it personally if there is a conflicting review, as we all benefit from this information. Keep up the good work!

With someone like Heather, where I enjoyed my time I just had some issues, I'll write it up as such.
