You, among other people, commonly confuse vaccines with cures. There are vaccines for HEP & HPV available now to help PREVENT you contracting the STDs, but there is no CURE once you get / if you get any of them.

You're also probably confusing STIs & STDs. STIs are more than likely bacterial infections which are curable by taking antibiotics. STDs are mostly viral infections, I. E, viruses. Most viruses cannot be cured and obviously you can't use antibiotics on them because they're not of bacterial origin. The only STD that I know of that is a viral infection that can be cured at this time is Hepatitis C.

Can someone explain to me the rationale some providers have for doing BB almost exclusively? In a recent visit to a new regular, my provider told me that she usually does bb. You're right HIV isn't a death sentence but measures to avoid contracting HIV should still be taken unless you're ok with paying 4 k a month in pills not to mention good luck in getting life insurance to leave for your family or trying to legally immigrate to another country because a HIV positive test can trigger a refusal of entry in some countries.

I also think about the worse case scenario. What happens if everything shuts down again and you can't get your medication? I don't know of any providers that offer bb exclusively. I have seen my share of women from street to online and all religiously use condoms for full service. The girls on the street are as every bit as vigilant because they say guys try to take condoms off or offer more to do it without a condom.
