Actually you're wrong. Hepatitis A and C are curable. Giles's came out with the first cure over 5 years ago and other biotech companies have also since then.

Hepatitis A / B has a vaccine. The vaccine is free in Philadelphia at the clinic. If you were born after at least 1985 you probably have gotten the Hep A / B vaccine.

You're also probably confusing STIs & STDs. STIs are more than likely bacterial infections which are curable by taking antibiotics. STDs are mostly viral infections, I. E, viruses.
