Not the Feds. I received a similar call a few months back. Someone is mirroring that number. It's an attempt to extort money. Feds never call. They just kick your door in. The fact you said there was spanish speaking person that answered the phone is a big red flag. I laughed when I got that call and told them to contact my attorney.
