If you click on the icon to rotate the view, you'll see that the only parking is at that location, which is a house. Definitely in a residential neighborhood.

Drove by this morning. It appears parking behind the house can be accessed by the driveway on the south side of the house. I didn't drive onto the property though.

Also noticed a review on RM today.

Had a recent experience where I got a HE in a place I thought was legit. Place near the dealerships in Totem Lake, called Greenbow. I have gone there just for a good massage because I was always pleased at the work they put in, and it's your typical 60 an hour joint.

RubMaps shows that Greenbow closed back around the latter end of 2016. Then it re-opened at the same location; latest review was July 2021. Very hit & miss review-wise, so perhaps the place now has new owners.
