Prostitution is NOT legal in Clark County, that includes Las Vegas. Vegas is a tourist trap where idiots go to just burn through money for fun. That includes prostitutes so they can charge more. Where prostitution is legal in Nevada it is expensive because prohibition everywhere else means people travel and are willing to pay more.
