Saw Reika the other week as well, and agree about her beautiful looks, however the hourly rate quoted in that ad is. 7 lower than what I actually paid when I saw her. The claim of her being an F cup is also wildly off.

I saw Moka advertised as 19 and thought I would pull the trigger. I was a little disappointed when she opened the door. I don't think any of the k agencies do. As someone who lives alone, this would be fantastic if they did. My experience is that you have to pay for independent non k girls OR take a huge risk on back page type of posts which usually result in 20+ older and out of shape.
