As previously reported is a scam attempt. However I do think it is the girl, not a guy, as she is prepared to do M&G at a restaurant. Always in need of funds, wants help for the M&G etc.

Yeah, seems like the collective experience has been the fastest method is the old ONEVanilla card (not the regular "Vanilla" cards), now apparently called the SecureSpend card.
