Personally feel good quality talent at the right price was reasonably easy to find when Backpage and Craiglist were alive, and that kept the crapshoot in check. But I guess we are at times where crapshoot is the new norm just take it or leave it. Almost every other one is a druggie, no one is in the business to pay their college fees any more LOL. , .
