I thought you guys were being paranoid with the white suv reports. Yesterday I pulled in and was about to exit my car to enter the spa and seen a guy walk from another black van parked nearby, did something in the suv that took about a minute and then left. Glad I didn't go in. I just split.

It is hard to tell that the TER picture are the same person as the more current ones. The current pictures have been around a while maybe 5 years so the TER pics must be 20 years old at least.

My post was automatically corrected to change the single letter to the three letter word "you" The spa in question is a single letter then the word spa "you Spa" If this shows as "you spa" it self corrected again.

Got an hour and the massage was competent though interrupted several times by cell phone notifications. Once I turned over, she gestured to finish the massage and said $40 was not enough. $60 would get handshake and roaming and clothes off would have been extra when more hand signals came for for money up front. An overpay in my opinion and while the massage was above average, I am not sure I would repeat.

I saw one earlier this year who took forty without any haggling.

I've never seen the same one on a follow up visit.

Correct spelling is you Spa on Brookpark extension. There are three AMPs connected: 1) Lakewood 2) North Olmsted 3) Elyria. You can see the attendants rotate between the different locations. Service is usually good if you go when they're not busy weekday early afternoons. Been to all many times, finish is as expected with your min tip $40. Hoping Wendy / Tina will circle back!
