Yeah I started working on loosing weight. Still I have lot of free time on weekends which makes me feel like I should visit someone. Its like all there is in my mind as soon as weekend hits.

It does get really tough. While I would make visits less frequently than you, it definitely became something of an addiction for me as well. Granted it's different for everyone, and if you're seeing someone every week you might be in a better financial situation than myself, but I try to take that into account now whenever I get tempted to see a provider. I think about what else I could be doing with that money, especially as donations have been skyrocketing. Also speaking from personal experience, I haven't had any really satisfying encounters in a long time in this field, so I also focus on that feeling.

Like others suggested, finding hobbies has been another go-to for me. And when in doubt (and I swear, this isn't a wiseass remark), I just rub one out, and that post-nut clarity kicks in LOL.

Oh, and another thing that has helped me curb any temptation. Reading any of the horror stories from other encounters. It keeps me focused LOL.

Yea, working on health is good. I've been walking instead of driving to get things now, like food, groceries, bubble tea, etc. I've been going to more sports games. Actively trying to hang out with people more. Even get a side gig that you'd enjoy.

Great, thanks for sharing. To be frank I started loosing weight so that I look good when I meet provider. I don't think that is the right mentality but still something which keeps me motivated to follow diet and stay fit in a way.
