Could this be law enforcement trying to get me in trouble? Can I be prosecuted for doing it out in public? My trips to Milwaukee to cruise the loops (170 miles each way) have always started with arriving on 35th and National early to mid-morning on a Friday or Saturday and I've stayed till late afternoon. This will be the first time staying for a few days and I did want to check out the action at different times of the day. Just worried about increased police activity later at night.
