It has definitely changed over the past 4 years. Back when I was doing it I was able to pull cute young women and BBFSCIP most of them pretty easily. They only employed 1000 or so people and many are staying, for every company that leaves another comes or expands. Lot of companies like McDonald's, google, Walgreens, Discover, Accenture etc have moved to downtown locations. Don't let the media make one dudes decision to leave a signal that the Chicago economy is about to collapse.

I spend 10 days in National City, San Diego and other little cities around (work related) and just for the heck of it I was checking Seeking in that area and it really sucks.
