Pros.

Really only cons are limited parking. Got to find on the street. And soap has smell and doesn't take off oil. I passed on using the communal scrubby.

Verdict.

REPEAT. She collected 60 house fee up front and the 60 HJ fee after I was done showering and dressed to leave. She did not count, a big plus. So refreshing to get someone not shorting time and trying to gouge for money.

I find that it takes 2 shops 2 visits. Usually a professional Legit Thai shop like JaiDee, Siam, with a matured MT, 90 minutes, $. 20 w / tip. Then it's like 40 minutes in and out, major upsell, oil and tug at Pin.
