The descriptions have been hit and miss over the years. There have been some that match well along with the "representative" photos, and some that left me with buyers remorse. From what I've heard from a few girls over the years is that Lake has a guy she sends to darken the door of the new girls and teach them the basics on how to give a FBSM. Sounds like a decent gig if you ask me. From there they do their thing and owe lake a daily cut of their earnings which I think they mail to her, and if it doesn't get there in time, they want to take a day off, or do something to otherwise piss off the boss they get blacklisted for a while and don't get booked with any clients.
