You have to do your research dude and here are some tips to help you:

1) Area code different than 937. Most legit providers in Dayton on STG do not travel.

2) See if the number gives you any help. www.zlookup.com. Number owned by a Timothy Wallace. Could be a handler or BF.

3) Ok, So if area code is not Dayton check for ads in that area code (in this case Toledo) and low and behold we have this:
