Thanks to Benz for the reminder about the newbie guide. Lots of good info there. Yet, I did a quick scan and didn't see much on negotiating. This post was the only one directly on point: http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/show...=1#post4532668.

For Gene and others' benefit, it may help if members share some more thoughts about getting started with negotiations.

First off, the best advice I have is, just do it. What works for some won't work for everyone, and you simply need to start doing it. After some practice, you will find an approach that works for your voice and conversational style. So start pushing back on price.

It will not ruin the mood, negotiating. The women doing this work are quite accustomed to it. And you can learn a lot about a provider based on how she handles talk of money.

And, of course, always be prepared to walk away. When the money requests get crazy, there is a time to just bag it, and walk away.

Oh, last bit that I have is that negotiations vary quite a bit depending on what type of provider you are seeing, whether it be massage, escorting, or street walking. This question comes in the massage thread, which is my preference. So my views are skewed to what works best there (for me). But keep that in mind when a member who primarily sees SWs and escorts gives thoughts on the money dance, because some of it may apply here, and some not.

Tommey is right, always be willing to walk away, I've done it many times.

Remember the person in charge is the one with the money. Give her the money and you've lost all control of the date.

If I see an escort that tells me there will be cim and she hands me a cover, I head for the door. Most of the time she'll change her mind before I put my hand on the door knob. If she already had the money I would be getting ripped off.

Negotiations are easy at the salon too.

If they know you're worried about mood kill, they will upcharge and rip you off.

The easiest way to negotiate is by only bringing in what you plan to spend. Let them see it but don't give the money until you're satisfied with service.

When they upsell, tell them I only have X.

Be willing to accept whatever they have to offer for your X. If you don't like their offer for X, counter offer and let them know you can do it yourself and save the whole tip. Once you start jerking off in front of them, they usually see their tip disappearing and they join in.

You might notice that I'm focused more on the results than the mood. If your worried about mood, empty your wallet, borrow from your neighbors and remortgage your house because there will never be enough to keep them happy.

Street walkers are a little different, once they're in your car it could be dangerous to negotiate too far. Many years before I joined usasexguide I picked up a SW and she was wacked out. I told her to get out and she started screaming, hitting my windows and dash board. Cost me 20 to get her out of the car. WTF. I do pick up street walkers anymore.

Tuesday and Wednesday are the slowest days of the week, your negotiation will have better results mid week. Never negotiate on Friday, they have a lot more options and won't hear a word you say. Friday is payday for them.

I have to appreciate your posts with good details that outline what you paid compared to what was first offered. It is likely true you are an expert negotiator. I, on the other hand, am a terrible negotiator. Perhaps what drives my woeful success rate is a fear of killing the mood or vibe to save $60. So I just usually agree and pay. How do you counter with a lower rate without dimming the mood? Asking for a friend. A really good friend. Me. Thanks for any advice..

I like the new place. The cameras keep the lady safe and keep the guys honest. In today's world you can't get away from cameras. Whether it's across the street or on the road. Her new place is perfect if he asked me great location. All the girls there are quality.

The cameras will provide the cops all they need to arrest all the folks that have participated in their services. For that reason I'll spend my money elsewhere.

So even with all the controversy over our pictures being sold on the internet and our real lives exposed I went to Bodyworks and saw Reyna. Since my go to Jessi left Relax, I've been there 3 times. LiLi and two I didn't get names. Good massages. I always ask for hard pressure. All 3 did a nice job.
