Do some / most / all of the massage places in and around Baltimore offer BJ and FS? If so, are there better places to go? What is the customary tip range for these services? Other than a recent somewhat positive review this place has not have very good reviews. I went there a couple times when it first opened and there was some hope that this might be a good spot but it seems that the 2 you spotted is their permanent team.
