JTB stands for J. Turner. Butler. Blvd. It's an exit off if i95. There are a bunch of hotels around that area. Do not stay at Baymont - 7xx0 Bonneval Rd or Hometown inn and suites - 4xx0 mustang rd. They are drug ridden and dirty. And of the other hotels on the Lenoir loop are fine. A lot of providers choose one of those hotels to work at.
