Wow, I finally remembered my login info.

I've been out of the scene for a few years. My favorite spot in Koretown (Olympic above the doctor's office type place) closed down which bummed me out as it had the best most private setup and grannies who actually gave a good massage after making you pop with a finger in the ass.

Honestly it's kinda sad how little intel is being passed around. It's just the same 4-5 spots over and over again.

I'm scratching my head over another old favorite, Silverlake Spa on Vergil. Did that place go legit?? It used to be a total Thai jack shack. But looking at yelp it seems like it's gone legit over the pandemic? Crazy.

Anyone been to Moon on Temple recently? They used to be the prostate masters. I really need to find myself a new eastside spot and a good off-the-beaten-path Korea town spot. Damn I miss that Olympic one.

I hate to break it to you, but very few places in this hobby would pass a health inspection. I've posted about it before so I won't go into detail again here. Some establishments are better than others, but don't expect any of them to be squeaky clean. Stuff I've seen and heard of can range anywhere from downright disgusting to "not too gross but still would get shut down or at least cited by the health department if they were to be inspected. ".

That being said, I haven't heard too many cases of people getting sick or catching anything either, so there's that. It hasn’t stopped me from mongering, but I’m conscious of where I go and stay with the places on the higher end of the cleanliness spectrum as much as possible.
