You do realize compared to most parts of the world (including Europe), these local "providers" are spoiled VERY generously. Even though many of them aren't nearly what they're cracked up to be. I would even argue a good amount of them are exploitative ripoffs and are only trying to milk you for all you got. Dream the wrong one and you will flat out get robbed by thugs or worse. Presentation is also a huge problem for local STG "providers". In Europe, the rooms are all perfectly neat and very presentable as are many of the providers. Many of the rooms locally are all out train wrecks and the photos are either fake or so different from what you will actually dream, they might as well be fake.

Yes I agree, with what's offered locally, you have to for the most part DRASTICALLY lower your expectations, but that's not true around the world.
