I had Charlie my first few visits to Bamboo. Compared to your normal run of the mill AMP experience she's good, but I wouldn't recommend her given the other talent at Bamboo. Don't offer more money to reach under her skirt. Just reach under, and if she doesn't want you to she'll stop you or move out of your reach. At most places if she's wearing a skirt it's basically an invitation to put your hands up there.
