When you say "a highly trafficked area" do you mean too much automobile traffic that has a direct line of sight to her place? Do you mean a lot of shady characters on foot around her place?

One of the things I do as part of my pre-meeting DD is ask where the girl is located. Most addresses can be found on Google Maps and with street view I can wander around the neighborhood and see what is what.
