Yeah, that's the same tattoo that I remember her having when I was seeing her. It could very well be a temporary one like you said, but there's no mistaking the upper back tattoos that she also has. You're right though, it's hard to tell if the upper-back tattoos are there and I'm pretty sure that those are permanent.
