I'm visiting over the summer from Ohio and you guys have a way better selection for massage providers here than in Ohio or even the Midwest. I am a long time regular of hers (a few years now). It most likely means she is not actively checking her work messages so I would advise to keep trying. Drag and drop should have worked according to the instructions with TinEye (below). I usually use TinEye or Google images search, but I do Copy and Paste. I found her pictures all over on Google images search. Sorry my previous post should have read, Reverse Search not Reserve.

Using TinEye, you can search by image or perform what we call a reverse image search. You can do that by uploading an image or searching by URL. You can also simply drag and drop your images to start your search.

Use the 'Yandex' reverse image search instead.
It's way superior to TinEye or Google Image.
