    You never pay a la carte at an agency. There's the base fee, and then the upgraded services fee. Which includes all of those services. Although YMMV with each girl. They might not all rim, they might not all allow CIM, but MSOG is guaranteed with the extra 40. And IF they do those services, the one upgrade for 40 includes all of them.
