Hey everyone long time lurker first time poster. I normally don't make reviews but after my experience and what was previously posted I felt the need to give my experience as well. When I walked in this afternoon I thought I was greeted by who I thought at the time was Jennifer she was slender with a mask on same appearance and was escorted to the room. After the message began and I asked for her name is when I figure out it wasn't Jennifer. I had forgotten her name I really wasn't paying much attention the massage was decent at first and was like a normal visit there. It wasn't until about 10 minutes into the message is until things went down hill. So some guy comes in and he is carrying on a conversation extremely loud and it's so loud I can hear just about every word he is saying and at this point the mystery masseuse has me half covered and is trying to listen to the conversation as well while giving me a mediocre massage due to the distraction. Finally the guy leaves and then she asks me what they were talking about and then she leaves to go talk to the other workers for a minute. As she makes it back into the room here comes this man back into the building. He is continues in his loud conversation, this man is burping and coughing in there it was like he was just trying to be as disruptive as possible and at this point my masseuse is giving me a one handed massage while she texts with her other hand. At this point I'm about to tell her to just go get the hot towel but I didn't have to she was ready for me to flip and I was ready to leave. I ended up getting cleaned off and just leaving un happy I had just had enough at that point. I had mentioned the issue to the masseuse but she just say "I give you good hard massage". I get dressed and give her. 6 on the way out the door. She had the nerve to ask for a tip but I just replied "I was here 30 minutes. " I'm not really sure why they were allowing this random guy to hangout in the front desk and talk about his girlfriend and all the other nonsense but it completely killed my vibe. I hope who ever is supposed to be in charge does something different but regardless I don't plan on returning.

Ella sold V Massage and has moved away.

I had some good sessions with her. But I enjoyed the other talent there much more before the shutdown. I don't think the shop has been anywhere near as good since the reopening. Still, we thank Ella for her service and wish her well!

I saw your post and called a Massage Legend owner to inform them and better understand what is happening. In all honesty, they recognized some issues developing last week and were taking immediate action. The first part has to do with scheduling. In less than a month most of the girls doubled their daily customer count. And they were previously taking minimal time off (which was fine in February or March), but not recently. So Legend will no longer schedule any girl every day of the week, even if they request it.

Lastly, Massage Legend signed on 3 more "Part-timers" that will greatly reduce the daily workload during surges.

LOL, Now I need to schedule with all these new girls so I know who they are and all about their sessions. LOL Such a job to be done, but somebody has to do it! LOL.

I went there the other night, and the girls stated her name was Jenny, She was a wearing a mask so I could not tell how cute whe was. The girl who greeted me when I arrived, was a total hottie!

I did not ask her name.

Anyway, back to Jenny, me experience was very little teasing and when I flipped she allowed UTC bet seemed to not be into it or fake being into it. She did allow for a standard finish. Not bad, but not as fun as I was hoping for. Maybe because it waqs my first time.

I am so sorry LuvThis. The recent departure of Sasa at ML and Helen at Li's had done something to my cognitive ability. I should have connected the dots that your reply was talking about the two shops frequently mentioned on this forum. Sorry for all the commotions that this has caused.

I can see where you're coming from but I can also see why Lily was told about Helen. Helen was scared about the last situation which is probably why she didn't deliver. She was looking out for herself as well as the store. However I'm sure Lily was told because he wasn't satisfied and Lily does make sure her clients are happy when they leave. I don't think Helen would've gotten or got in trouble. Lily did tell the dude to go try someone else. You got to give Helen some time. I'm sure soon she'll be back to her HJ giving self especially when she realizes other girls are making more $$ then her.

I appreciate everyone's perspective on this. Each of us may respond differently so having this exchange is helpful for this forum. For ComTech, I wasn't blaming Helen and I was letting Lily know what happened. Obviously, this is not my first go-around so I have regular contact with Lily and had frequent her shop (s). So when I texted her to book time with Helen, she should let her know that I am a regular. That's what I was surprised at. Like LuvThis said, Lily tried to make amend to the situation but I didn't have time to partake.

I agreed with Awesome and Sky's comment on reflecting performance feedback to mamasan. That's just normal CRM feedback loop and is essential for any customer focus owner / operator to know. No difference than telling the restaurant manager the food taste too salty so they can improve. Not only we share on this forum but we ought to let the owner / operator know what happened so they can correct / adjust for future customers. I am sure Helen and other staples (Alice, Tiffany, Apple, etc.) have their fan base so this must be an isolated incident. Nonetheless, it is better to reflect than keep silence and let bad experience gone unnoticed and rob them a chance for improvement. All done in a professional, tactful manner.

After reading all this reviews, I know I got to go back to Legend. I got Jenny, very cute, young and on the skinny side, def my cup of tea. When she take me to inside the room, I told her she is very pretty and she gave me a hug, I immediately lower my hands and place them on her butt. She smile and I know it is going to be a fun session.

Her massage started great, and it became very playful. I decided to give her a massage and my hands were all over her. The HE finished while I'm standing and she was lying on the bed. That was the first for me. . 6 + . 6, I left as a happy man.

I was actually responding to your pervious post in the series of Helen and that you had a legit experience / and mentioned to Lily and she said to see Monica at SiSi. Sorry I wasn't being clear. My point was that Lily runs a good shop. The part I failed to say, was she would make it "right" for you! My point was to also confirm that she runs a good shop that others who have worked for her, emulate her. I didn't share their names or shops, as they read this forum and do not want me to mention their names. But I wasn't trying to hide it from you. As the point was that other good shops were spawned by Lily's model of good customer relations. You personally have PMd me before, and I shared at least one of them with you. Ok to PM me again if you like.

While I do wish you had spoken to an onsite manager when this happened, they want to make amends for your experience. Since the shop had no idea this occurred, who you are or how to contact you, I sent you a PM earlier today. Please message me and I will get your situation remedied.

Saw Monica yesterday. She got very playful early in the session, before the flip. After a while, it was apparent that she wanted the HE in that position. I thought perhaps she was intending a second shot later. Afterward, she cleaned me up with a hot towel. And with 20 minutes left on the clock, she said, "OK. Finish. " I expected she intended to finish with scalp and feet or something like that, but she just left. I got dressed and went to the front. I handed her the payment and she thanked me. Before the door closed behind me, I heard her holler out something. My usual 60/60 became 60/40. I don't think I'll repeat with Monica.

If a girl shorts you 20 minutes that is 1/3 of your time, I totally agree about the tip, but I would have pointed to the clock and made sure she knew that she shorted me and that I wasn't happy, she should have at that point either finished the massage or known why the tip was not as big as it could have been.

I have done this a couple of times, but when I go to new places or see a new girl, what I do is when she enters the door I make sure she sees me looking at the clock. When she has me lay on the table I tell her one hour. When my massage is done I look up at the clock and if I am shorted I will tell her I have more time. If they get an attitude or argue with me about it I just get dressed, little tip, and leave.
