Thanks Muffman. Appreciate you explaining all of this to us. I am just super stoked that Hillcrest is such a much better business and safer establishment. VIP is owned by a group of investors, not one or two people. The majority of the group felt the Hillcrest location was not a viable storefront AMP (it's not, it's an office suite), and wanted to sell. Another group was put together (with a few people from the first group and some other investors) and purchased NLBC. A little confusing I know. This is why you see some crossover in talent, but they are two separate business entities. All of the investors in VIP are unanimous in the decision to sell Spring Valley. This is the last and only time I will say anything about this as it is nobody's business or concern here.
