Florida law is the LMT must make draping available, does mean it must be used.

If my mind serves me right; about 20 yrs ago there was a case in Volusia county where an undercover cop was naked on a table. The women (Not LMTs) were busted for prostitution. The case went to the courts and the judge ruled it was a legal.

You don't, all electric financial transactions are tracked period. Some are more Easley tracked than others. For me cash is king and I always pay in cash. If a provider insist that I pay her via Zello, PayPal, cash app etc. I thank her and simply and politely decline her services.
