Thanks for reviewing her. Definitely my fault for not doing my research. I was in the car and thought I had something set up with a regular and that fell through. I did a quick stg search and reached out to this one and a few others. She replied and I took the bait. A definite rookie mistake. If I had been researching like I normally do and not on my way trying to take advantage of my window of opportunity I never would have gotten burned.
