Went out for a drive around town last night from about 8:45 to midnight.

Cruised up and down Philips for a while, didn't see anything behind PPH liquor store except a few guys and a run down trailer park. I've never been back there before so hopefully I had the correct place.

I have noticed that each area has its own "hours of operations". What I am looking for is an area that is open, during the week, from 1030 p until 12 a.
