I'm with you, and truly enjoy those select moments where there's some genuine connection. That sounds like Cocoa, I had a similar experience with her. That's something I haven't liked about NDS lately, so I'm going to avoid the place for a while. MM and NDS are to me, like going to get an Oil Change. If not busy, you get taken right in, but the odds of that are slim. Simple process, as stated, you walk in, hand the 2 Mario coins through a small window to Kiko, and if anyone is available, it isn't much of a wait. If they are booked, you will have to sit.

The only difference is they don't have a TV or magazines while you wait. Have your phone handy to kill the time.
