I think high gas prices and hotel costs eat too much into profits. I just took a look at hotel prices and anything that is not a Notel and conveniently located is like $150/ night. Plus the comment last week about never paying more than 200 for hhr, that's about where average Chicago hhr rates start. So basically travel expenses too high and us guys won't pay their prices. You would think that even if there's nobody worth seeing among the Madison area resident girls, there would at least be a couple of high quality providers from Chicago or elsewhere passing through regularly.
