Saw the one you're referring to last week. Is legit with killer DT, $$ was damage after negotiating down from $$ It was the middle of the day there was another couple that live there in another room but I was comfortable enough. She told me niles, which isn't very far from boardman, but still a hike from cleveland unless you're for certain the photos are accurate. I was ready to see her but first asked to talk to her over the phone, but she refused and haven't heard from her since.
