Since when is it illegal to get a massage at a massage place? This shopping center also has 8 other businesses, just park near one of those and back you vehicle up to the curb. Police do this all the time. If the plate comes back to someone who has a warrant for their arrest or has a suspended license, they wait till the see someone get in the car and pull them over to follow up.
