Since when is it illegal to get a massage at a massage place? This shopping center also has 8 other businesses, just park near one of those and back you vehicle up to the curb. Also you could simply park at Arby's get a milkshake and then walk over to sweets or get on afterwards. Keep in mind its okay to be there, there is nothing wrong with getting a massage. It's not illegal to get a massage at a massage place but when it's worded that massages don't go down and only acts go down then that may bring that place into focus. Just my opinion. Police do this all the time. If the plate comes back to someone who has a warrant for their arrest or has a suspended license, they wait till the see someone get in the car and pull them over to follow up.

It is not against the law to go to a massage parlor. It is against the law to willingly / knowingly pay for sex. Unless your having sex in the car, you have nothing to worry about.
