I made a quick stop into H8 near DTW last night as I was close, but short on time.

Got there at like 7:30 and pickings were slim. I'm more a spinner guy, but not married to any one type. So, maybe 20 guys in the place and 7 girls (plenty of bartenders and wait staff tho). The dancers were ok. Some pretty faces, a few nice butts, but no total package for me. Mostly 6's. Bunny (maybe Buffy) stops by. Late 30's /40's maybe. Thin, but worn. I'm not a regular, so I apologize for not knowing the dancers. She sits. I ask her if she wants a drink. She responds, no. I want to s# at k your d!<k. Alright then. I don't see anything worth waiting around for, so we head for the back. H8 VIP closets aren't big enough for me to go FS, so CBJ is fine. We settle on $. Not a lot of warm-up, right to work. Does the job. I've had better, but certainly had much worse. All in, cover, beer / tip, VIP $ and deed = $135. I'll take it. I decide to sit and finish the beer, and the talent gets better quick. Girl on stage is tall, medium weight, but absolutely killer ass. Two dancers come and sit. If I had seem them earlier, would have waited. Kitty was interesting, nice body, young, great smile. If anyone can tell me if she is a regular there, I would appreciate it. I would make the trip back to spend some time with her. I can't argue the value, but the booths are small and benches suck. I have known all variations of dancers over the years some just on a "business" basis some more so "personal" and many mixed with a lusty love of both. Percentage wise probably 25%-30% made it in the real world mostly as RNS or LPNS. A few in real estate where they decide their schedules and 3 as teachers (who actually were working their way through college when I met them) Sure, a lot of them are very "independent" and unreliable but they aren't all painted with the same brush.

Many girls try stripping. The majority last a short time, less than 6 months. All these girls get out of stripping.

Go back and read the report from 2 years ago, and most of the girl working then are not working now.

There are also girls who strip part time, and have another regular job that they do. Stripping is just to pick up extra money, or have some fun. Different people have different reasons for doing it, some like to please people, some like older guys and idea of being naughty, Some like variety and experience all different types of people, some like doing it because they are told they are beautiful and desirable.

Those who work full time as strippers for 6 months or more, then the analysis applies that it is hard for most of these girls to do something else particularly something that earns close to the same amount of money.

Yeah, I think this gets it pretty right. I spend way too much time hanging out in the clubs, and have gotten more than casually acquainted with dozens of dancers. Sure there are exceptions, but as a rule they live in a fantasy world with no sense of responsibility and a very strong sense of entitlement. I've known a few that were only slightly naive when they started, but they ended up with the same attitude before long. I don't judge anyone for the choices they make, as long as they don't affect me, but either they're flawed when they start at the clubs and that's what drove them there, or they loose all touch with real world responsibilities pretty quickly once they get in.

I've known a few that made it out and into normal life, and kudos to them, it couldn't have been easy. But I've known damn near as many whose benefits I contributed to after they OD'ed. And that's just too fucking sad.

Spot on. Out of the years I've spent in clubs. I've met one woman that actually was in college and graduated. She didn't party or hang out with the other girls. She didn't get sucked into the lifestyle. In her view, dancing was a way for her to get through college without student loans. She's now an attorney out-of-state.

Strippers can't pass a drug screens, They can't show up on time, they can't show up everyday, they have no work ethic, they have no self control (fighting), they have absolutely no customer service skills. Non of them are in school unless it's for cosmetology. I'd say a large percentage of dancers have some type of criminal record so that would hinder them from getting a real job. Think of the hot girl that worked at one of the top tier clubs for a year or two. She gets fired from there and starts working at a mid level club for another year or two, then she gets fired from the mid level club and now has to work at a dumpster club because she burned all her bridges and 4 to 6 years of stripper life has taken it's toll on her looks and made her attitude even shitter.

You could give a stripper a great job and a ride to and from it everyday and she would be out on her ass before the health insurance kicked in because non of these girls have no idea what normal life is. And I won't even get into everyday stuff like paying taxes, saving money for a rainy day, having a car, having legitimate car insurance, having a legitimate license plate, having a legitimate drivers license, and so on..

Good question. Personally I'd say I've interacted with more who seemed to be fairly articulate, maybe in school, has a day job, have other life aspirations than those who are so irresponsible they couldn't function anywhere else. No doubt there are some who will go no further but the dwindling population of dancers says they are going elsewhere and apparently doing well enough at something else.

Is this a recent change? I've been there many times, and never had an issue. In winter athletic wear is all I ever wear.

Anyplace that wants me to dress up to spend my money, I'll go somewhere else.

As of last year I went in with sweatpants and had to at least have on khakis or jeans.

They had seventeen dancers with a full house of customers. Buffy, Cash, Chocolate, Dior, Kitty, Pixie, Remy, Roxanne, Shay, Snowflake, Spanky, and Tasha were some names. Not a bad looking lineup this evening. Listed below are dancers that I've sampled. The first half was uncovered with all except one.

Cash is mid-20's, black, dark hair, C-cup tits, medium build, and has a nice backside. She provided a mediocre session here earlier this year. I wouldn't repeat.

Chocolate is mid-20's, black, dark hair, A-cup tits, and a thin build. She provided two worthwhile sessions here earlier this year. I might repeat again.

Pixie is 20 ish, black, dark hair, A-cup tits, and a spinner build. She provided a worthwhile session here last year. I would repeat if the first half was uncovered, which she still wouldn't do the last time I inquired.

Remy aka Naudia is 30 ish, white, dark hair, A-cup tits, nice backside, and a smaller build. She provided a worthwhile session at Bogart's in 2016. When we spoke last year, she indicated that I had to finish within three songs. Given that constraint, I wouldn't repeat.

Shay is mid-20's, white, blonde, B-cup tits, tall, and an athletic build. We did two sessions at the Criket last year. Our first time was worthwhile, but the second wasn't. I wouldn't repeat again.

Snowflake is early-20's, white, blonde, B-cup tits, nice backside, and a thin build. Despite having to tell her to slow down at the beginning, she provided a worthwhile session today. I might repeat with this little Flight Club punk.

Total damage tonight was 185 for cover charge, two beers, VIP fee, and dances.

I bumped into Cash not too long ago at Henry's day shift and liked her. She's tiny with a real nice ass to grab onto. I hadn't seen her again daytime the few times I've been back since, so good to know she does nighttime.

Found out Sc doesn't allow athletic wear and bouncer is a scammer. Before paying I asked if my clothing was ok. He said yeah. I handed him a twenty and waited for a ten back. He wouldn't give it to me. Then he said the pants weren't ok but he'd let me in. I asked if he was charging me ten bucks for the pants. He just repeated imma let you in, 5 times. I couldn't get him to say he was charging me for athletic pants. Classic asshole grifter talk. I cut my losses and left after half a beer. I didn't want to discover any other scams. Not worth escalation.
