Not a bad idea, maybe I'll try that. Or maybe not, I'm about to just forget it. I've never chased a provider for this long, I would've given up after a couple tries if it weren't for the reviews. I don't necessarily mind paying premium or near-premium prices, and it sounds like she's worth at least checking out, but damn.
