Anyone want to chime in and tell me any suggestions or what they do?

First of all, whether a provider has reviews or none at all, there is no 100% guarantee you will not be scammed or arrested. A "reviewed provider" can be coerced to work with LE or rob or scam due to pressures from various reasons. It's a crap shoot but you can put the odds in your favor by choosing reviewed workers.

#1. Never do wg with no reviews. Someone else will surely TOFTT.

#2. Trust your gut instincts.

#3. NEVER PAY UP FRONT.

I was just wondering what everyone does to assure 100 percent that they won't walk into a sting and not get ripped off or robbed by providers with no reviews.

Here's what I do:

1) never go to Polk county (LOL).

2) ask the provider to be naked when I arrive.

3) tell her donation is AFTER we are done.

The thing is this only works for about 30 % of the girls I do this with.

Most girls don't like to get naked and all providers usually insist on donation.

Up front. I've been scammed too many times to do that though.

Tough pick as most of them want the defendants to have deep pockets and will go with a contingency fee for those. If you are 1099 contractor that is another story unless you have a solid contract. Try www.legalmatch.com as a start.

Attorneys are mainly concerned about how he or she is going to get paid so keep that in mind which is very true for family and criminal law attorneys.

I had texted a provider and got no answer until a few days later. Then it seems like they are spoofing the number from the court house and pretending to be a detective bringing up the texts. She responded with a picture and prices right away saying that she offered Greek. They mention the text and claim to be investigating something.

I kept telling them I wasn't sure who they were trying to reach but I'm not sure what the end game is here. They mentioned the providers name " niki ".

First off, detectives don't work out of the Court House, so telling that that their attempt to scare you by spoofing the Court House phone number is something that only an idiot would do, is the first thing I would have mentioned to them.

Second: I would have told them that you aren't going to fall for any of their BS threats or blackmail attempts, but they can try all they want.

Third: I would have told them to F-off.

Fourth: It would have good to post the link on the Forum in the Rip-Off Reports (if you have it or it was still active) that you originally replied to notify the Fourm of who this "provider" was.

Don't sweat this one, it's a total BS scam.
