Fourth: It would have good to post the link on the Forum in the Rip-Off Reports (if you have it or it was still active) that you originally replied to notify the Fourm of who this "provider" was.

Been many times and have had luck. Most of the times have been late at night at the hotel bars or at the slot machines. Eye contact is key.
