I was going to respond with a really sarcastic comment since you only have 2 posts, but the last time I did that, not everyone saw the humor in it. There are a few CAMPS that are known for FS, these girls expect bigger tips. The ladies at unknown ones, not spoken of often on the board, are used to $40-$60 on avg for HE's or even $10-$20 for regular massages for women and non-monger dudes. If you go the extra mile with them and tip $100 they are happy. There have been a few in my recent rotation that were at that price point. Don't overthink it too much. These women act shy when you are asking for extras, that's part of the game, but they will speak their mind when it comes to their $$.

Finally made my way to Katy. Met Sasha. Yeah! She is a cute, short, 40's something woman.
