The problem is they can get basic info. From your phone number.

I looks like from what I can find on different sites is there's a belief that if they have your real name and address, clients are more likely to behave.

Regarding VIP I have said I didn't want it only to tell the girl if she was hot I would tip her for the extra service. Usually that was less than VIP but I haven't gone to these during COVID because I was getting tired of the mask wearing during the session.

If you message them asking for their rates they tell you. Ill let you message them and see what they offer and at what price. And yes they offer FS. However they give their address out pretty quick.
