    Basic Security

I've been noticing this for a while, and last night it hit the boiling point.

I was at a well-known and popular MP yesterday evening, and just as I was leaving some PL came in. This guy was looking for a sure thing so was explicitly asking if he could get a BBBJ or GFE and how much it would cost. In the lobby. In a loud voice. I walked out past him and he stopped me (or rather he tried to stop me) and asked me the same questions. I didn't even stop and told him, "Dude, I'm leaving. " as I walked out of the tiny lobby and out the door.

This is serious stupid shit. This is the kind of stupid shit that gets places shut down and people arrested.

There seems to be a lot of this going around. If you contact girls off of STG (or whatever) and ask those girls if they provide BBFS or anything really you are being stupid and indiscreet. Odds are that behavior is eventually going to get you busted. At a minimum it makes it easy for the popo to roll you up. I know it is fun to talk dirty but save it for when you meet a girl in person.

She did the same thing to me. Said she needed to build chemistry, and that was a convenient way for her to waste more time. Lay there like a dead starfish. I think she came back after taking time off from having a baby. Total GPS.

Do the simps here on this board still want to just protect women, come hell or high water? That's why they do shit like this. No men are going to stand up to them. Actually, I can't blame you, based on the backlash they get here on USG, and how the backlash is ten times more abusive on TNA.

If you want what's best for you, stay away from her. You've been warned.

Predictable Alert. What did he think would happen?

I read this alert. Her menu is just a long of list of no's (in other words don't even think of touching me. I'll initiate all the touching.). She doesn't list anything she likes to do. That's a big red flag to stay away. Her add is misleading when she claims to be open minded (generally code for I have secret menu for the right price). Open minded about what exactly? The request for a deposit up front in the add another red flag. All the rules about how to contact her and when another red flag. The add alone would have been enough to make me swipe to the next. The long list of no's would have definitely had me swipe to the next. This guy got played. I feel bad for him.

I'll venture right now that this was a total scam from the start--and since it worked so well, she'll probably carry right on doing it.

"My body, my rules". Yes dear, we all know that. But if you're selling it, we ought to at least get to study it for a while!! I'm reminded sadly of Selicitybby, who does and allows nothing but will at least show you the goods. This one was "uncomfortable" and wouldn't even do that, yet here she is among us with a textbook bait-and-switch. What a sorry-ass joke, and at our high expense, no less. The hobbyist felt scammed because he was, pure and simple. I'm amazed the mods haven't deleted that thread yet, but I'm sure they'll get it done sometime today.

    RE: Cubii Plus Dumbells

You might want to look at squatting with those dumbells. Squatting is a very natural human movement and it's also the cornerstone of all strength development. Burns a lot of calories, too. It uses the large compound muscle groups. Lunges are also good. When your squat strength goes up, strength for all of your other activities and lifts will also go up. If you are unable to get into a squat position right now, which a lot of adults and desk-workers aren't able to do, start doing the squat stretch and just do body-weight squats, aim for 20 per set if you can.

Using weights for your arms, particularly biceps, aren't going to do much for you. You'll want to focus on the big, compound natural human movements. Doing overhead shoulder presses would be much better than bicep curls. Also, try some basic calisthenics. Body-weight squats, push-ups, pull-ups, ab work. Nothing wrong with calisthenics, nothing wrong with those at all. If you can't do one pull-up, which a lot of people can't, try getting an assisted band, wrapping it around the bar and putting your foot into the band. You'll build from there. Or you can do reverse push-ups which you can do under a table by grabbing both sides of the table and pulling yourself up like a push-up but in reverse. You can also use a thicker broomstick across two counter tops. You can do 8-10 (or however many you can do) reps of everything in a circuit for a few sets every day. Calisthenics can prepare for you barbell weightlifting if that's a direction you'd like to go at some point. The big thing is to train for movement and mobility, not necessarily for pure strength. Strength just comes along for the ride.

You'll also want to focus on your core. Do not ever overlook the power of core work. People get injured because they lack core strength. Forget sit-ups, just don't do them, they work the hip-flexors more than anything and aren't good for the back. Start by doing planks (look those up on YouTube). The US military has switched to planks instead of sit-ups, that should tell you something. If you do one thing every day, it should be abs. They are central to how we move and they protect the spine.

You might also want to buy a foam roller. You can buy the big black styrofoam rollers on Amazon. You'll want to roll more than stretch as it's better for you. Rolling will loosen-up the muscle groups. I roll every morning right out of bed, about a five minute rolling routine. For me, I pay very close attention to the hips and hip-flexors along with the quads. You'll be surprised how much you'll loosen-up with just a simple roll.

BTW, as of 9:55 pm on Saturday, since setting it up Thursday evening, I have done a total of 4 hours and 40 minutes of Cubii pedaling. Maybe it keeps my legs fresh, but I doubt it does much for my midsection, if anything at all.

Most definitely. These hookers are already getting hundreds an hour while most are providing shitty covered services. The few times that a hooker asked me for a tip I just laughed at her and left. You're there to satisfy me I've paid you an agreed upon amount of money to do it and you want more for doing your job? LOL. Fucking hooker logic cracks me up.

Good for you bro. After you do this for a while, you should expand to walking outside or on a full machine indoors where you are exercising your gut and getting in more of a cardio workout. I wish more of us paid attention to their health and took this first step to get started. Another good habit that works well for me is to set 2 goals one easier and one a little more challenging. Whatever that goal is. Either number of pounds to loose or number of steps a day. Whatever. That really really helps to keep me motivated. The easier goal is something you do in a short period of time. Something you will achieve so it gives you a sense of accomplishment. The other goal should be harder but too hard or else you will loose motivation.

    RE: Cubii

That's a good start. If you need to start dropping body fat or something for health reasons this is a way to get it fired-up. You might want to get out and walk a bit on weekends or in the evenings as well. The problem is that if you do something over and over with one portion of your body you could end-up with some sort of ankle, muscle, ligament or tendon injury. Might be a good idea to get up and move your body the natural way, the way it was created to be used.

Have a conversation with your doc about that. Then start working on your burpee progressions.

Could not agree more. I have never left a tip for an independent provider (nor one through an "agency" Now, for gals who work at an AMP, that's a different story.

    Got my Cubii today

Break walking up into blocks. I often walk right out of bed in the morning. Gives me about 3,000 steps to start it off. I go out again around noon and maybe once again in the afternoon or in the evening after I finish my gym training. All told I get about 12,000-15,000 steps every day or more by doing it that way (I also get steps while in the gym, so that's part of the total). Each block takes roughly about 15 minutes, not really that long when you think about it. The reason as to why you might put more consideration into this is because when you walk you're working all of the muscle groups which were created to help you, well, walk. It will give balance. It also does boost your lungs as well. I would absolutely ask your doctor of PT about this, my very strong assumption is that he or she will prefer that you actually walk. I've been doing a lot of pretty active and heavy athletic training for years, it's something which i'm very much into, and have a sports PT whom I see every month. He always tells me that walking is really the perfect activity for humans, good for recovery after a high-energy day or even for it's own benefit whenever i'm unable to train.

This all assumes, of course, that you are able to actually walk. You didn't really say as much in your post, so of course I'm making some assumptions here.
Got my Cubii today. Setup was easy. I have done 31 minutes, and 2400 strides. Not as effective as a bike or treadmill, but I hope it's better than nothing. Of my 150 minutes per week of cardio, I may depend on my Cubii for 30-60 of those minutes.

So you're a simp? Because you pay for sex?
