My experience has been when you see a dark skin girl and they tell you some weird ass ethnicity, it means they are black. Simple as that. They may be light skinned but the ethnicity is black. Looking at pics of Demi, the body type and hair comes across as Black. Arab / Polish is a far stretch combination.
