I have had better providers for the same donations (except the $60 and $80 borderline streetwalkers) in places like oklahoma, arkansas, and kansas. And honestly its not even close. With extreme exception Jacksonville has some of the worst value of providers in the country. I'd say bottom 5 easy. These are all Harley. The pictures are just taken from different times in her life. It just depends on how far she is into the dragon. When she cleans up, she has a healthy weight on her body.
