So I decided to take cruise on Nebraska (8:45 pm). To see if anyone was out. Started on Fowler and turned around past the Hillsborough. I was about to give up when I seen this girl walking with a gray hoodie on and sandals by E. 114th ave. She was blond, probably in her thirties. Short 5'4" give or take.
